If your item arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within 14 days of delivery, please contact us through the form below and include your order number along with photos of the issue.

To ensure longevity, garments must be cared for according to the washing and care instructions on the product label. Damage resulting from improper washing, drying, or handling is not covered.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered shortly before arrival. Please allow 24 hours and check with neighbors or building management. Orders begin processing quickly, so changes may not always be possible. If you need to update your shipping address, submit a request through the contact form as soon as possible after placing your order, and include the phone number on file with your order so we can confirm the change quickly.

Yes. We ship to all 50 US states, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Orders to these addresses ship via UPS Ground Saver, which transfers to USPS for final delivery. You may receive your package in a USPS envelope or via your local USPS carrier even though tracking starts with UPS.
