Pack your item in its original product packaging with tags attached. Drop it off at any shipping location.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your exchange, credit, or refund within 5–7 business days.
We want you to love what you ordered. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days of delivery — reach out and we'll take care of you.
Items marked down more than 30% from their original retail price are eligible for size and color exchanges, subject to availability. Cash refunds are not available on these items.
Discount codes — including email signup, bundle, referral, and shipping promotions — do not affect your return or exchange eligibility. All standard return and exchange options remain available regardless of the discount amount received.
